Western Victoria Transmission Network Project

Project Overview

The Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) has appointed Ausnet Services to construct and operate a 190km high-voltage transmission line from Sydenham to Bulgana.

Please note that this is not a Council led project. Feedback should be directed to AusNet.

Community Sessions

Moorabool Shire Council has hosted a series of online sessions in relation to the Western Victoria Transmission Network Project to better inform the community. Independent experts have been invited to speak to the public on various topics and the recordings are available online:
