Project Overview

Moorabool Shire Council is committed to listening and adapting to our evolving and growing communities and to working with you to understand your needs as customers. Accordingly, we have reviewed and updated our Customer Charter which is now available for public feedback. Let us know what you think of the draft and on how we can provide the best possible experience for customers in the future. Feedback can be provided until Sunday 20th September, 2026

A review of the Customer Charter is an action of the Customer Experience Strategy 2025 - 2027.

We invited the community to have their say in April 2024 to let Council know what was important to them when it came to dealing with council. This feedback was analysed and the current charter was updated to reflect what the community told us.
