Moorabool Shire Council is reviewing our Customer Experience Strategy. Council is committed to listening and adapting to our evolving and growing communities. As part of this process we want to work with our community in undertaking this review to understand their needs and assist in informing our strategic direction when it comes to the ways in which our customers want and need to interact with us.We encourage you to share your feedback via the Survey found below. The opportunity to provide feedback closes 11:55pm AEST 30 May 2024.

  • Customer and Community feedback evaluation and review

    June 2024

  • Prepare report of findings

    July 2024

  • Present report to Executive and Council

    August 2024

  • Work with departments to implement and deliver on any identified opportunities

    September 2024 onwards
