Disability Action Plan 2026 - 2029

Project Overview

Council is developing a new Disability Action Plan to improve access, inclusion and participation across Moorabool. People with disability, carers, families, service providers and the wider community are invited to complete the survey and share their experiences, identify areas for improvement and tell Council what should be prioritised in the new Plan.

Council is developing its Disability Action Plan 2026–2029. The Plan will guide Council’s work to improve access, inclusion and participation for people with disability across Moorabool.

We want to hear from people with disability, carers, families, service providers and the wider community about their experiences. Your feedback will help Council understand existing and emerging barriers, identify community priorities and determine where improvements are needed.

Feedback gathered through this consultation will directly inform the development of the draft Disability Action Plan.
