Public exhibition of the proposed Moorabool Shire Council Plan 2021 - 2025

On Wednesday 5 May 2021, in accordance with the requirements of Council’s Community Engagement Policy and the Local Government Act 2020, Council resolved to place the proposed Council Plan 2021-2025 on public exhibition inviting public submissions for a period of 28 days.

The Council Plan 2021-2025 is now available for all residents to view.

The proposed Council Plan 2021 – 2025 outlines what we will do for the next four years towards achieving the longer-term Community Vision. We have orientated resourcing, finances, and actions around three strategic goals:

  • Healthy, inclusive, and connected neighbourhoods
  • Liveable and thriving environments
  • A Council that listens and adapts to the needs of our evolving communities

We invite you to let us know if the proposed Council Plan 2021 – 2025 reflects the actions and objectives you want to see from Council in the next four years.

The proposed Council Plan 2021 - 2025 was influenced through Council's Community Vision deliberative engagement process.

Written submissions on the proposed Council Plan 2021-2025 are invited until 5.00pm on Friday 8 June 2020.

Feedback can be provided to Council in several ways.

Presenting Your Submission:

Council will consider submissions on Wednesday 16 June 2021 at a Special Meeting of Council to be held in the Council Chamber, 15 Stead Street, Ballan commencing at 6.00 pm.

Any person who wishes to be heard in support of a submission should indicate in the written submission that he or she wishes to be heard. Any person requesting to be heard in support of a submission is entitled to appear before this Special Meeting of Council either personally or by a person acting on their behalf.
