Elaine Recreation Reserve Master Plan

Council is seeking community input to create the Elaine Recreation Reserve Master Plan which will guide the short, medium and long-term development of the recreation reserve.  

Council is developing a Master Plan for the Elaine Recreation Reserve. We are seeking feedback from the community to hear how you currently use the reserve and your ideas for how it should look in the future.  

The Master Plan will inform the planning of the Reserve for the next decade. Feedback collected during the initial community consultation in July-August 2025 will be used to develop the draft Masterplan. Community members and stakeholders will have the opportunity to review the draft Masterplan during the public exhibition period which is anticipated in early 2026.

  • Elaine Recreation Reserve Master Plan - Community Consultation

    Council is preparing a Master Plan for the Elaine Recreation Reserve to guide its future development over the next 10 years to meet the future needs of all users and the community.  

    The study consultant team has met separately with the Reserve Community Asset Committee and the representatives of the Elaine Cricket Club, and wants to use this survey to receive input from Elaine residents, the wider Moorabool community and other reserve users to help inform the development of the master plan.
