Elaine Recreation Reserve Master Plan

Council is developing a Master Plan for the Elaine Recreation Reserve. We are seeking feedback from the community to hear how you currently use the reserve and your ideas for how it should look in the future.  

The Master Plan will inform the planning of the Reserve for the next decade. Feedback collected during the initial community consultation in August 2025 will be used to develop the draft Masterplan. Community members and stakeholders will have the opportunity to review the draft Masterplan during the public exhibition period which is anticipated in early 2026.  You can provide feedback until 5pm AEST 31 August 2025.
