Elaine Recreation Reserve Master Plan

Council has developed a draft Master Plan for the Elaine Recreation Reserve, which will guide how the Reserve is planned for and improved over the next decade.

In August 2025, we asked the Elaine community and the wider Moorabool Shire for feedback on how the Reserve is currently used and your ideas for its future. Your input has helped shape the draft Elaine Recreation Reserve Master Plan.

We are now inviting the community to review the draft Master Plan and share further feedback to help finalise the plan before it is presented to Council for adoption.
