Myrniong STEP (Small Township Enhancement Program)

Myrniong Township has been identified for inclusion in Moorabool Shire Council’s Capital Works Small Township Enhancement Program (STEP). This program provides an opportunity to enhance township communities across the Shire through the lens of landscape, pedestrian access, and amenity. Each design opportunity that is successfully funded will be prepared into a series of steps and delivered as advised by Council.  

Construction works are anticipated to commence in FY25/26, however this may be impacted by unforeseen items raised during planning, design or construction. 

Council has a committed budget of $150,000.00 per financial year for all STEP projects. There may be potential to provide further funding in future.
