Council is excited to inform you that following resident engagement and feedback, construction of Stage 1 of Beresford Crescent Reserve have begun. You may already be aware of some footpath construction currently occurring. It is hoped that all stage 1 works will be completed by mid-June, weather depending.
The playground and stage 1 layout design documents can be viewed under the 'documents' section on this page. Please not that the trees/shrubs presented in this plan will not be implemented in Stage 1.
