Outdoor Pool Opening Hours Policy Review

Council is reviewing the policy as part of its regular review process and in response to community feedback. The review aims to ensure the policy reflects current community needs and provides fair and accessible use of outdoor pools. 

All feedback will be reviewed and used to identify key themes and issues. A summary will be presented to Councillors to help inform future policy decisions. 

We encourage you to share your views on the outdoor pools (Ballan and/or Bacchus Marsh), including:

• Operating arrangements 

• Opening hours and seasonal dates 

• Temperature thresholds 

• Communication channels for opening 

• Accessibility 

Your feedback will help Council understand community needs and identify opportunities to improve access and inclusion.
